Last year we took these pictures in a cold, cold, blizzard. This little lady is from Arizona (HOT) so when we went up in the mountains she was shocked with a red nose and shivers! So, we walked through a whole bunch of snow up Big Cottonwood Canyon and took pictures for a solid 15-20 minutes. We were all covered in snow and very cold. You can never quite get used to the cold in Utah! So, to finish off the shoot I got in my Kia Sportage and when I went to drive away from the unplowed parking lot... I WAS STUCK IN THE SNOW. Braydon had a huge pick up truck so he was just fine getting out of the parking lot. I was not. To my surprise, there was randomly 7 grown men skiing down by where we took pictures. They were nice enough to help push me out of the parking lot after a good 7 or so tries! hahah Thank goodness for amazing strangers! Also, doing it for the pictures is always a good idea. The craziest times make for the best memories.
Photo tip: Go out in the snow with gloves and a snow shovel in case you get stuck in the parking lot... haha!
